You should limit it to 5 players + coach maybe? 10 players ends in cherrypicking and everybody will substitute merry go round and argue how their lineup is bawse and winning against the opposite.

6 players and 1 coach. Coaches can only be picked in the 7th round.
 
6 players is bad idea. Should do at least 8. That gives a sold rotation that most teams use in a playoff setting. The coach pick isn't a good idea in my opinion. We play the role as coach and set our game plan out and let the voters decide.
 
I don't think substitutes are a good idea. Gives too many possibilities to argue. Especially when it's multiple. Maybe one idea would be to have 8 players drafted but you can only nominate 5 players for every head to head and they gotta be sent to the commissioner anonymous. And then it's the users task to find a way to convince the voters how his squad can get the job done.
At 2nd thought I agree with KoW about leaving out coaches.
 
Okay so we can pick 8 players and only 5 qualify for the head to head matchup. 10 teams 8 rounds.

So far we have:

A-Train
Hack
King of Wendover

I'll fill in if you don't find a 10th. I think the time shift problem with me will slow down the process too much. The last draft was usually me catching up who you guys picked that night during my breakfast time
