Tonight the Thunder host the Hawks and the Warriors host the Pelicans. Go Hawks! Go Warriors! Go Rally Churro!

For The first time this season the jazz have an overall positive margin of victory. They are now +0.04 for the entire season! Huge improvement over last year's margin of like -6 ppg.

Amazing, considering the start of the season and the losing streak in December. That feels like it all happened last year. This team has grown SO much just in one season. Started out, we were happy if they'd beat the worst teams and show well in losses against the good ones. Then they started to prove that they could beat the good teams from time to time, but not usually in close games. Now, I'm shocked if they lose, no matter who the opponent is or how poorly the Jazz do on offense. And they're learning how to close out close games.

Honestly, this is the best argument that you've had so far.

Look at the injuries and the schedules...

OKC has injuries to Ibaka, Kanter and Durant. They play 11 games against teams in the playoff hunt

Pelicans have a banged up Davis. They play 9 games agaisnt teams int he playoff hunt.

Fate...you decide...

I'm focused on 41 wins. That's an objective goal. Try to get above .500 and then let that fate decide their fortunes. Really wish they'd have won 1-2 other games that they should have, or moved Gobert into the starting lineup even before they moved Kanter. Either of those things would have me feeling better about their chances.
