2014 College Football

Cy, what are your thoughts on the game tonight. I'm leaning toward MSU -4. Strongly. Just two losses. One at Bama. 'Nuff said. One at Ole Miss...who looks awful today but that was there Super Bowl of sorts. Thoughts?

Paul Johnson is just 1-5 in bowl games since coming to Georgia Tech, I'd presume because teams have three weeks to prep for that triple option. And MSU is strong against the run. I think this may be their building block game for next year. Finish strong for momentum for a legit NC run next year.

Cy???

State's going to kill them. Mullen is good in bowl games vs lower competition.

G tech is hardly lower competition. And Mullen has smashed Rice (uh???), lost to Northwestern (ouch), beat Wake (by 6--double ouch), and killed a medicare Michigan team. Hardly impressive.

And despite G Tech's struggles in bowls, the games have always been close.

So...having said all that, do you really think MSU comes out and covers -4 tonight and if so, why? I'd like some Cy insight. I know you can be intelligent when you want to be.
