2014 *Current Players* NBA Fantasy Draft

Yup you'll see. I don't just look at stats - I pick players who have good character, are team players, etc.

7 team's gonna get dropped out of this thing in the first round, if I'm gonna lose, I'd rather lose having players that I like on my team.
That's my attitude too. I went that route in the All-Time player draft and had more success than I expected. Decided to try that route again with this one. Based on my value list, I know that not everyone will like my team. And I don't care. It's the kind of team that I'd want to coach. Which is why I understand the Duncan pick. He'd have been a guy I'd have liked. . . just not at #5 overall. :D

My bad. Thought I read players. Wasn't sure that Aldridge belonged in that group, while Melo, Dwight and Harden definitely do. And I'm a Melo fan. At least his teammates seem to like him - not so sure that guys like playing with Dwight and "The Beard" - especially after those recent comments. Nobody likes being called a role player even if they are one.

Exactly.

Could be one of the reasons Parsons couldn't wait to get out of HOU.

Howard and Harden are the cornerstones, everyone else is role players.

This isn't rec league basketball, players should know their roles and not get butt-hurt by honest statements.

I did say player, meaning Harden.

Harden did get 6 assists a game last year, and is one of the best non-pg playmakers in all of the nba, and was the primary playmaker for OKC when he was there, but your opinion is your opinion

Harden has his flaws like everyone else. With that said he's still one of the best players in the league.

That, plus I just don't think that he liked that the organization was dicking with his contract expecting it to be affordable when he was clearly a key player. Loved watching him and Cuban stick it to the Rockets with that offer right before LeBron, Melo and Bosh all said "Thanks, but no thanks!"

Epic meltdown.

I think his lack of defensive effort is also another reflection of his "Me First" attitude.
