Funny how people think Aaron Gordon is a lock to play SF in the NBA, while Randle is pegged solidly at PF.
They have pretty much the same measurements. I would argue they have almost the same handle. While Gordon can't shoot or even score, Randle has shown the ability to take guys off the dribble and hit that mid-range, as well as make plays running the floor with ball in hand.

It would suck. We had SG who can't shoot before and he was more athletic and better at finishing at the rim.

Yes, because the reason we like Gordon at SF is because of his offensive skills... People see Gordon as a potential shut down defender, and to have that at the SF position is a huge advantage. With Randle, the advantage comes on offense. If he gets a bigger and slower defender, he takes them outside. If he gets a smaller defender, he can post them up. If Randle is playing SF, then he will have smaller players defending him, and you can't have 3 players in the post, the only option would be to have a stretch 4. In that case, the defense will adjust and defend Randle with their 4, and the stretch 4 with their SF.
