Hacked or not, the question remains why he has it on his phone.
I could the prank being "Haha I just filmed you talking about cheating on your GF" (terrible awful prank, but I guess a "prank" nonetheless" but you should immediately delete that **** the second you film it and reveal it's a prank.
They can spin it that way all they want, it doesnt make him look better.

To me this is storm in a teacup. If the Lakers don't want him there are at least 20+ teams that would welcome him with open arms.
