Good thing rep is capped at 100, otherwise any tie-breaker would simply be who Peeks voted for.
Haha.. true.
Also if there is a tie for the percentage loss margin when selecting x2 teams to come back, should we go with teams with more votes? That's pretty standard no? If votes still tie then count rep power.
