2015 Annual JazzFanz Current Players Draft

Jeff Green

Good 3pt shooter, good defender, length, athleticism.

Health may be an issue, but he seems poised to hit his stride this year.

With the 69th pick in the 2015 Annual JazzFanz Current Players Draft, White Chocolate selects..

Alec Burks

What if Burks worked his *** off like crazy for the last nine months and comes back in better shape, with a better understanding of the game and system and shoots better and plays more efficiently on offense and plays better defense?

If he took a monstrous leap like that, just how good could we be this year?

Honestly I would not be surprised.
I know I'm known as a big time Burks homer but I still think he will end up being better than Hayward.

He has always worked hard on his game and always had a chip on his shoulder.

With hoods terrific play and all the talk about him taking the starting job combined with many fans kind of forgetting about Burks since he was injured last year...... I have a feeling that the chip on Burks shoulder is bigger than ever and his motivation to work is at an all time high.

Dude is going to come back with a vengeance.

I have loved me some Burks since his Colorado days. I live in AZ, so I watch a lot of Pac-12 games.

He never really got a chance (especially under Corbin). I think Hood will come off the bench when it's all said and done.

Burks said his shoulder is the best it's ever been, it was bothering him pre-injury. He improved his three-point shooting as well. League better watch out.

His stats at as a 19 year old sophmore at colorado were amazing.
20.5 points per game
6.5 rebounds per game
3 assists per game
On 47% shooting

Formulate those numbers into 36 minutes and increase the possessions per game to nba 24 second shot clock and those numbers would be crazy.

Only downside was his sub 30% three point shooting that year.

Sorry for turning this into the Burks thread......
Back to the draft!

And his lack of defense and court vision
