I'm trying to think of a way of giving at least the team (or teams) that lost by the narrowest margin a 2nd chance?

He's definitely better right now than most of the other rookies that have been picked. He'll be the #1 option as a rookie, which will put him in position to have a good chance of winning ROY.

No sir. He can't play NBA level defense yet and he can't hit FT's or score outside the paint.
