Yeah, it can be fun, but there's no reason for it to be a requirement by any means.

Nobody said it is a requirement, I just use the same opening post as I have from years past.

It certainly adds to the pick but by no means is it mandatory. Picks actually go by faster when you don't post resumes or pictures.
