He's over three hours over his lotted amount of time. It's been 15 hours and 23 minutes. At what point do we just let Siro make his pick?

Maybe that's what we end up doing but I say we first decide a time by which we go that route. I say 11am ET/9am MT. That will've given him 17 hours which is 5 extra hours. And I gotta think if he hasn't picked by then, he's working and still wouldn't pick for another 6 hours or so if not more.

Seems fair.
I like someone picking for the absent person vs. just skipping them. Cleaner.
But no one should go lazy and just let the board pick for them. Permaban.

makes sense. are people cool with giving him til 9am MT and then having fish pick for him?

Fish has always been the official picker for delinquent drafters. Though I don't think he's ever had to pick for someone. Lol
