2016 NBA Season Notes/Info

Where is this magical ****ing house? I live in SLC, not New York. But if I want a tiny house in the cheapest areas, I should expect to pay at least 170k.

Here are some listings in Utah, but you can search listings for just about anywhere in the US.

When I type "salt lake city", I get 0 results. I don't care about what can be found in Utah. Are you talking about a shack in the middle of the desert? Yeah, I'm sure you can find one for 60k.

Look at the one I posted above your post, it's $45,000. Looks lovely to me.

Yeah but then you need to either buy a part of land or rent a lot.

Yeah obviously, but I mean renting (or leasing?) a vacant lot, someone's backyard, or a plot in a farm is gonna be a heck of a lot cheaper than renting a whole house.

That house I showed came with a potential to continue/extend the current lease.

Alright here it is. I was able to find a narrow lot in Salt Lake City for sale for $71,000. The link is below:

Then you buy the tiny house for $45,000. The link is below:

All you need to do is tow that tiny house and place it on the land. You can get a couple of solar panels for electricity, propane gas for cooking and heating, and you can get composting toilet if you want. Otherwise you can spend a bit more and get all the services hooked up. Landscape it so it looks like a permanent house not a parked trailer.

All up it's $115,000, a bit above the $95,000 budget but you can probably just put the extra $20,000 on a short term loan.

Not sure it's all legal with the Council so don't quote me on it, but it's just an example of what you could potentially do.

There are rumors that CLE could be targeting Rondo as Kyrie's back up.

I kinda wanna see it happen. It was just last season that he led the league in assists. He'd have even more shooters around him than he had in Boston, and strong leadership, too. Not sure what the Cavs would be giving up though.

Thoughts?

I dunno if I like that move for Cleveland... Rondo is ball dominant right? So is LeBron? Can you have 2 ball dominant players together? Kyrie works cos he can knock down 3's. Can Rondo be effective if he can't shoot?
