Think it's a fine pick, though trading down and not just taking Curry at #5 is a mistake for sure imo.

Curry is a special talent for sure, but he doesn't fit the team that I wanted to build. I was always going to take a wing or a big man to build around. Gobert might have gone a little early, but he was taken at 15/12 the past two years and was almost surely in the top 10 this year. I tried to trade down to a more reasonable spot before my pick, but had no takers. Just decided to pull the trigger and not hold things up any longer than I already had.

You can definitely build a championship team around Gobert and having him ensures you don't have to play against him.

Why?

I like the idea of otc trades. Easier to gage if u can pick up an extra pick and still get your guy. Taking those trades away takes away some of the fun and strategy. It's the summer and it's boring, why speed this up. Take our time and have some god damn fun for hell sakes!!

Y'all are impatient. We wanted trades allowed so picks are going to take awhile. No reason to complain until it's closer to 12 hours. People gotta sleep and it's too hard to give a reasonable list to someone. There are trades and to many factors to just give someone a list.
