Great players often do not fit with teammates or systems or strategies. Teams with more talent sometimes lose. .

Sometimes but not overall. Plus even stating a strategy doesnt really change that for the voting.

Even with someone like Lebron, you can have a strategy for the season or series but that changes right away anyways. Besides the larger influence for strategy would come from a coach and getting players to buy into a system that starts a whole other conversation. What people state as their strategy and minutes/rotation generally isnt really what would happen. Its just fun to write down and imagine.

It might influence some on here but I doubt it does for most people.

I can see if you have someone "under the radar" on your board and someone mentions this player who then gets drafted, they might be pissed.
