2 first round picks is what it takes to start the talks on getting an All-Star. You don't trade two 1st for a borderline starter.
Kinda wondering if the wait on Conley is an effort to make a 3 way trade to find Ricky a better team to play for, staying loyal even when trading him
I'd prefer Satoransky over Porter. Im sure DL can find another SF who does nothing outside of 3 and D fairly easily. Especially Porter isn't exactly on the most team-friendily contract right now. But a 6’7” playmaking PG who can create his own shot, play off-ball, and shoot 3‘s at 40% clip? Please find another one for me on the market. Pretty foolish of WAS for keeping Porter over him TBH.Wiz have to make Porter available now right? I mean Wall out next year means they probably need to bring back Sato or just flat out rebuild. If they sign Tomas to $10-11M they are at the tax with like 4 healthy players... one of which is Ian Mahinmi... They need cheaper pieces or a full on rebuild.
What a fuggin disaster.
This pales in comparisonDidn't Steve Nash have a long term injury for lifting luggage into the trunk of his car when he played for LA?
He did not.Ben Dowsett podcast has a Memphis beat writer guy on it.
They both think Utah has the lead on Conley. Detroit/Memphis has died down some.
Favors most likely not included in any Conley trade. Exum possibly.
Think Conley makes the WCF possible for Utah we’re as right now the 2nd round is our ceiling.
So we are willing to give up more for Conley than we would for Kuzma? That's just crazy. Kuzma is a scorer and we are a team who desperately needs another scorer. If we create a starting lineup of Exum, Mitchell, Ingles, Kuzma and Gobert, Kuzma is our worst defender. However, everybody else is a fantastic defender. On the offensive end, we Mitchell and Kuzma are the only fantastic offensive players. I will take his defense as long as he is providing that much of an offensive threat.
That sums up what we’re missing perfectly. Even joe would play better with less responsibility, he just seems so tired
