Yeah, but sometimes deals get done at the deadline and it takes a while to get announced. So at least 100 minutes.

He also wasn’t paid ~$11 million a year. He could also breathe through his nose.

That's the thing... Like if we buy the last 10 games before the injury and that is close to who he is... then he is worth his deal... but not a lot of excess value there unless he is somehting more.

If we get Conley we could play Exum/dm/Conley... but realistically he's a third guard. Again... I never really loved the Conley deal, but letting Exum be the hangup is dumb imo.

You wanna send four 2nds for a potential 30-day rental? Or a young player, two 1sts, and two 2nds for a significantly-better 30-day rental? Even when the Jazz could pursue both in free agency?

How about two firsts and players we like for a 31-year old declining 6’ 1” PG that will make >$60 million?

The market isn’t our friend right now. That much is clear.

I think DL is active... I think he's banking on a front office in flux putting together two trades for franchise icons while balancing tax consequences... that's tough.
