2020 Annual All-Time NBA Draft

Rotfl.

look I get it he’s going to be really good but he’s not there yet. He’s played two years, not a good defender, or shooter from distance or the ft line, as a young player he has flaws and you passed up absolute studs/HOF’ers for a second year player not battle tested. It was a horrible pick imo. Someone I wouldn’t even think about till at the very least, the 4th round, and that might be pushing it.

I sent you an offer.

Question for y’all.

Why is it the case that you still haven’t clarified the style of play that teams will be judged against? For example, will teams be judged by modern space-and-pace dynamics? Or will the old offsides rules apply? This has been the central weakness in these all-time drafts from the very first iteration.

I don't know about others but I think the style of play of your team is dictated somewhat by the players you choose.. i.e., if you want more of a run and gun you go with a PG that can push the pace, .. if you want slow it down back to basket then you choose Shaq, .. etc..

People do say in their match-up write-up what the style of play they want their teams to play, but I don't know how many voters actually read those in detail.

At the end of the day I think most people just look at the roster and make a determination from there.

You're saying someone who has better stats than lebron, has faced him, is EuroLeauge CHAMP and MVP is going to be good one day?
