Um... They did... Yes he played bad at times but they also played great. It can be more than one thing, although that might be a little too hard for you to understand. Lebron did defer a lot in that series to HOF Wade who was playing incredibly well and had beaten Dallas before (with a little help from the refs). Wade was putting up 26 ppg on 53% shooting.
Simply put, the moment was too big for LBJ that he wilted. He was plain bad. That’s all there is to say.

I wouldn't go that far. But he did defer a lot to Wade. He talked about that in the off-season a lot. Wade was playing well and it was his team. He wasn't overwhelmed by being in the finals.
Deferring is one thing, but shooting 0-2 times on average in the fourth quarter means he couldn’t handle the moment.
