I was thinking top half/bottom half, but you could split it there.

I want to make sure no one gets a difference maker. One or two teams could get a little more lucky then the rest. So, 6-8 after round 2. 1-5 after round 3.

I liked Spy's idea that ties are broken by draft order, where the person lower in the draft order wins the tiebreaker (I acknowledge that would most likely work to my benefit, but it is also super clean).

I don't mind the stealing idea either. It's best if we could be unanimous on its adoption, otherwise the "changing rules in mid-stream" argument carries force.

You steal one player from the team you beat. Not draft from a pool.

I am fine as long it's clean. Participant vote should take priority though.

You only pick a player from who you specifically beat. The one wrinkle I’ll throw in is in the third round the winners can choose one starter from any of the two teams they’ve beaten in rounds two and three.
