If they really can do it for $8K a meteor we're going to be seeing a lot of fake meteors in the future. There are a lot of people out there who would have no problem spending that to make a night memorable. My gut tells me that the bigger issue is probably going to be environmental concerns. I doubt there are any real issues but that won't stop some people from completely freaking out over this idea.
Can't wait to see "Artificial Meteor Showers" ... can't believe a company was set out to do something like that,... sounds like something Dr. Evil would do....
