REGULAR SEASON
Regular season consisted of 16 user teams, and 14 teams of random players (rated 89-below) almost every user team won 50+ games, and the bottom 5 in the East saw pretty even win percentages. The East saw THREE teams with 60+ wins. The West saw by FOUR teams winning 60+ games.

The Mavs (Domino) , powered by Michael Jordan's 21.6 ppg and Penny Hardaway's 16.3 ppg and 8 apg went into the playoffs with the best record out West at 67-15. The Kings (@Keefe ) we're 63-19, The Rockets (@Thee Idiotic Minivan K ) 61-21, and the Thunder (@Hornacekamania ) 60-22 didn't trail too far behind though. Out East The Bulls (@The Fresh Prince ) took the one seed going into the playoffs with a 66-16 record, with the 76ers (@LoPo ) trailing by only one game at 65-17. The Hornets (@NUMBERICA ) boasted a 63-19 record for the third seed.

De'Aaron Fox, who was on a uncontrolled team was the leading scorer in the league at 26.9 ppg, and the Hawks Devin Booker was the 2nd at 25.4 ppg. Kevin Durant, who was also an Atlanta Hawks was the 4th leading scorer in the league. Topping the top 10 leading scorers was LeBron James for the Blazers (@YoungJefe) at 22.5 ppg, and Brooklyn Nets (@gandalfe ) Forward Vince Carter with 23.2 ppg.

The Bulls Allen Iverson was the leagues leading scorer off the bench, putting up 17.9 ppg. The Kings (@Keefe ) Luka Doncic averaged 17.1 ppg off the bench, and the Hawk's Gilbert Arenas averaged 16 ppg. The Pacers (@toddychurch ) Derrick Rose also averaged 16 ppg, and Glen Rice averaged 14.2 ppg off the bench to crack the Top 10 leading scorers off the bench.

The Rockets Ja Morant won the dunk contest. He was the only user controlled player in the contest, ironically (I let the CPU do the contest).

The Rockets Hakeem Olajuwon won MVP averaging 22.2 ppg, 12.3 RPG, 3.1. The Kings Luka Doncic won 6MOTY, the Hawks Bill Russell won DPOY, and @Domino won Coach of the Year.

Chemistry issues were almost occurring with each users team. The Jazz (@silesian ) maintained a healthy chemistry that helped them stop back from a losing record at the start of the season to finish 44-38. The Hawks maintained a good chemistry, as well as the Mavericks.

 PLAYOFFS

The playoffs were... Chaotic. The first round in the West finished very lopsided, with the top 4 teams making easy work of their opponents.

In the play-in tournament the Heat were able to squeeze out a well fought victory to the Pacers. The Jazz were able to beat the Blazers to take the 7th seed, but that was the last time they would see success this season. The Kings made easy work of the Jazz, sweeping them 4-0, with Kobe Bryant dropping an impressive 39 points in the closeout game.

The 1st seed Dallas Mavs gentleman's swept LeBron James and the 8th seed Blazers 4-1. The 4 seed Thunder ironically swept (@FIVAS ) and the 5th seed Suns. The core of Dirk, Beal, Moses Malone, James Worthy and CP3 dominated most of the series, as the Thunder won 3 games with a win margin of over 10 points. The Splash brothers did fairly well shooting, Steph with 19.8 ppg on 42 FG% and 41% of his 3's. Patrick Ewing had a very poor first round outing, as he averaged 10 ppg and 12 RPG on an abysmal 36 % field goal percentage. Kyrie Irving did not have a high scoring year for the Suns, as he only averaged 12.3 ppg, but did so on an efficient 52% FG%. Curry averaged 19 ppg for the regular season and the playoffs.

Bradley Beal was the dark horse for the Thunder, averaging 20.5 ppg during the playoffs, and 17.8 for the season. Dirk Nowitzki averaged 21 ppg for the season, and 24 ppg for the playoffs. CP3 averaged 15 ppg with 10.8 apg for the playoffs, maintaining averaging a double double from the regular season (15.5 ppg/11.3 apg).

The Rockets gentleman swept @David Hume & his GS Warriors 4-1. The MVP of the regular season, Hakeem Olajuwon went completely NUCLEAR the entire series on Kareem Abdul-Jabbar of the Warriors averaging a monster 28.5 ppg, including a 39 point performance in GMe 2, following it up with a 40 point performance in game 3. Hakeem was too much for the NBA's all time leading scorer, holding him to 14.2 ppg, though he shot at an efficient . 541 % from the field. Deron Williams (19 ppg in series) was the leading scorer for the Warriors in the series, outscoring Anthony Davis (14 ppg for series), Paul Pierce (15.8 ppg), Mitch Richmond (14.2 ppg), and Blake Griffin (9 ppg off bench).

In the East, the first round was quite opposite from the West with most teams having a battle on their hands to take the series. The number one seed Bulls had a slugfest on their hands with @toddychurch and the 8th seed Pacers. They snuck out of Chicago with a game 1 win, 143-133. Chicago would win game 2 soundly 127-112, but Indiana would go on their home court to win game 3, 116-108. Chicago would blowout the Pacers 126-109 in game 4 to take a 3-2 lead, then go back home to win the series 4-2 with a 120-110 victory. The Pacers were lead by Joe Johnson(18.5 ppg in p/o's), Dominique Wilkins (18.8 ppg) , and Magic Johnson (16.5 ppg/10.5 apg). The Bulls Karl Malone finished the series off strong, averaging 25 ppg in the last 3 games of the series.

Another brawl took place against the Hawks (@Elizah Huge ) and the Nets (@gandalfe ), but started out very lopsided.

Game 1: Nets Win 124-112
Game 2: Nets Win 135-101

With the Nets taking a commanding lead back home, they embarrassingly came into game 3 under prepared losing by 45 points on their home court, 134-89. They then bounced back to take a commanding 3-1 lead with a very close game 4, 106-109.

Game 3: Hawks Win 134-89
Game 4: Nets Win 106-109

The Hawks then answered back with another blowout, 129-101, lead by Kevin Durant's 31 points, Devin Booker's 29, and Gilbert Arenas 25. Game 6 though, was all the Nets as they sent Atlanta packing with a 109-97 win.

@NUMBERICA and the #3 seed Hornets had their hands full with @nothingbutnet and the 6th seed Wizards.

(Wizards: Isiah Thomas 28 points/15 assists)

Game 2: Hornets win 130-95

Awesome. Thanks for putting in all that work.
I was pulling for your Heat to win that series and upset the 7 seed. I can't believe 2k made them drop 4 in a row, but with these powerhouse teams anything is possible. I'm going to have to do it again, it was pretty fun. Spent all day doing it.

Amazing work @The Fresh Prince, and it’s nice to finally not get derailed by a vote. Lol, who knew a sim could be so right on the Money. Haha. Great GM’ing by me trading up to grab the best all around big man to ever play the game. Which propelled me to the win.

So looks like I’m the sim champ, I’ll figure out everything tomorrow sometime for the vote competition. And we will get a vote champ. Good luck in the vote everyone.

McGrady stepped up in that Robin role perfectly. Kobe didn't really have an answer for him, and Numberica couldn't stop him either. When he gets going, he's hard to stop!

I was most impressed with how Hakeem shut down Kareem.

You should use the same seeding the sim came up with. Would be interesting.

I was most impressed with how Hakeem shut down Kareem. He made him his bitch.
There’s a bunch of YouTube vids where Kobe talks about TMac the guy that gave Kobe more fits than anyone, and was damn near impossible to stop according to Kobe

Should we do seeding for the vote based off the regular season or based off how the playoffs turned out?
I actually think you need to just fully randomize it so you don't skew the voting as people just look at the sim outcomes.
