Funny thing about that completely randomized list is that if you break it to 5 team segments then the only totally unrealistic things I see in there are:
Portland wont be in the middle 5
PHX wont be in the bottom 5

Also its very unlikely that Jazz are in the top 5 or that Kings are in bottom 5, but I wouldn't call either one of those as an impossible outcome. Jazz are buyers and they could surprise and Kings can get bad injury luck (they had a near perfect health season last year).

Ok, sorry, thought the deadline was the tip off of the regular season (I think it was like that last season?)
