Do we pick the minute allocations or is there a default for starters and bench guys?
Solid team. I’ve looked at everyone’s team and thought at times my team was top-3 and at other times I could see 5-6 teams being better. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. I will say the one pick that made me the most envious was Lauri. Thought he’d fall farther and I’d be able to get him but next time will just take my guy (which I normally do).
It felt like a reach and I slept on it, but sometimes you just gotta believe. And really, Lauri is special. The list of players his size that can yack on dudes, shoot the hell out of the ball, and play 3-5 is one player long.
Also, being so efficient and productive on low usage has extra value in a context like this.
Especially when this exercise is essentially players at their peak. Big reason why I thought Steph should go way higher. Not many players better at their peak.
Ehh. Dumars and Pistol as secondary creators (because at least one of Nash or Lebron will be on the floor at all times) feels good to me.
