yeah im working 12 hour shifts rotating nights and days, today is day 3, ive got a dayshift tomorrow, one day off and two night shifts, thats 72 hours in 7 days. Im pretty tired. im getting paid for it, its an extra couple of hundred bucks a week, but Ive also just come off a 3 month holiday which afforded me afternoon naps on demand and left a workplace where after 16 years I was the sum of all institutional knowledge. Im out of my comfort zone somewhat and also getting back into being at work after a long break, im tired but soldiering on. its getting easier.
