Who would win in a seven game playoff series team B or team K?
Team B
Steve Nash '05-06 // Joe Dumars '92-'93
Vince Carter '00-'01 // Pistol Pete '76-'77
Lebron James '12-'13 // Mikal Bridges 22-23
Lauri Markkanen 22-23 // Blake Griffin 16-17
Marc Gasol 16-17 // Ralph Sampson 84-85
Vs.
Team K
Wilt Chamberlain -1959 // Ben Wallace
Shawn Kemp- 89 // Chris Webber
Kawhi Leonard- 11//Gordon Hayward
Manu Ginobili-99//JJ Redick
Chris Paul- 05// Mark Price
Team B writeup.
This is basically Lebron vs. Wilt and their respective supporting casts. I think a Lebron team gets much more out of their supporting cast on account of his passing ability and willingness, especially since Lebron's supporting cast creates top-shelf pace, space, and tertiary creation/ball-movement, while the overall athleticism/swarming rim-pressure which aids in keeping the defense stretched and scrambled. I think this boils down to a scoring match and I don't think K keeps up over the span of the series.
Nash subs early to play with the bench and setup lobs for Griffin which means one of he or Lebron will be on the floor at all times. 5-out main unit negates a lot of the rim-protection potential of Wilt/Kemp. Wilt will eat but I don't think it's enough.
Much respect to K. Would be a battle, and one of highly contrasted styles.
