NBA Lotto Conspiracy Time: Two teams to watch moving up in the lottery are Portland and Charlotte. Why? Because both franchises are up for sale, and a high draft pick would help their valuation.
Some HS highlights on Gradey Dick. I'm having a hard time building conviction on Anthony Black and Keyonte George. Maybe Cason Wallace works, but I'm starting to think that Gradey Dick going to the Jazz is a real possibility in the 9 - 11 range. If Hendricks is off the board, it's likely coming down to Dick, Wallace, Black and George. Then there's the fact that he looks like Danny Ainge's nephew.

That would be me. His attributes on the court are kind of a combination of different eras of Conley and not really all that close of a comparison. I guess the biggest thing is just vibe and that Conley really worked on his game and added what he needed to because he is a diligent professional that tries to win games.I can just totally picture Wallace in a Jazz uniform running the offense. Would love to get him.
Someone made a bigger Mike Conley comparison. I have no idea if their games are even similar. But I do love that comp.

In summary: I think he’s a grower more than a show-er, but I think he has high upside.
For some reason I can very easily picture a Wallace & Kessler defensive and P&R partnership.I can just totally picture Wallace in a Jazz uniform running the offense. Would love to get him.

Miller for sure has a higher floor, and probably a higher ceiling, but GG has crazy scoring talent and fluidity at his size. That’s obviously not enough on its own, but every contender needs guys that can get a bucket on their own when the offense has been schemed and the game devolves into iso.GG Jackson barely just turned 18 three months ago. That is ****ing wild.
Brandon Miller is a full 2 years older than him.
where is the usage for Sexton if we draft Wallace? Maybe that is what happens, ifyou think we are trading Sexton already. Wallace probably goes before our 2nd pick unless the Wolves choke hard and I doubt very much so he is our first selection unless we make the playoffs and he is bpa.For some reason I can very easily picture a Wallace & Kessler defensive and P&R partnership.

Whitehead is also young as hell. Both him and GG have elite upsides and somebody will gamble on both far before the late first like most mocks are now puting them lolMiller for sure has a higher floor, and probably a higher ceiling, but GG has crazy scoring talent and fluidity at his size. He's listed at 6'4 right? No way he is taller than thatHis defense is very impressive. Watching the Jazz these last few years, you almost forget what good guard defense looks like.
He also looks taller than his listed height, but that may just be me.
Would be happy if we ended up with him. Secretly I now want both him and Black and go straight for the best defensive (though somewhat shooting challenged) backcourt in the league.
Yeah. I don’t really read too much into a prospects tournament results. You’re still drafting those guys that high because of their upside. In person interviews, workouts, game film and eye test.If I had the 3rd pick in the draft, I would still take Miller without any hesitation at all.
