2023 NBA Draft Megathread

Jazz can give them Sexton and the 15th pick (or wherever the Wolves pick lands)
and take back who? and why would the Mavs want a player coming off 2 seasons of injury that plays the same position as their two best players and needs the ball???
Your need to get rid of Sexton is pathetic. If they want to move the young Bull it won't be until a full season of healthy play that lived up to that contract. More likely he is a Jazz man for the entire contract he is on.
Mavs are far more likely to lose the pick than trade it anyway. one spot down and its NY's

No idea. Don't think it's ideal, but Mavs aren't in a position to sit on their hands and hope ideal materializes. It's a safe trade back option that nets them someone capable of helping Luka with the scoring load.

The way the draft has been shaking out, Gradey Dick is an entirely reasonable pick inside the top 10, imo. He needs to get stonger and tougher, but he should be able to.

Every time I watch Kelly Olynyk I think it would be great to have a younger, taller, more athletic version of this.

Bigs who can run the offense are incredibly valuable and open up all kinds of angles on the floor. Jokic does this, of course, but I noticed how hard it was for the Jazz to defend Miami last year when Bam was initiating from above the foul line. Marc Gasol was good at this too.

So who in the draft fits that profile? Brandon Miller, Gradey Dick, Black?

TJD is completely in that mold. Again, if he goes to the right situation he could be seen as a steal in a re-draft 5 years from now.

If not, he could not be in the league in 5 years….
