2023 NBA Draft Megathread

Ben Sheppard is a player I have a hard time on because the eye test says he's a lights out movement shooter who can rival the top shooters in the class, but he also shot 69% from the FT line on decent volume. He also looked incredible at the combine.

I think the thing im hoping for most from tomorrow night is to get either Bufkin or Wallace at 16 and Cam at 9. Basically i want dudes I like to drop like crazy. Hoping somehow a guy like Bilal or JHS goes way too early and pushes cam down to the jazz at 9 and same with Wallace or Bufkin (leaning Bufkin here but its really close) at 16.
Get a wing early (cam, hendricks, Walker, bilal i guess though that isn't ideal) and a point guard late.

People need to remember that basketball organizations are made up of a TON of scouts/executives/coaches. That's where these rumors come from. So when you hear "Utah likes X player" it's probably a scout/coach/executive at the lower rungs who is telling people that.

On the eve of thr draft, we have to thank the stars we don't have Cy as the final decision. We would have got GG or JHS at 9
Nba GMs would likely let us pick both guys at 9 cuz they feel bad we are wasting the pick.
