2023 NBA Free Agency Thread

I think it only happens if it’s essentially free… like no picks… just assume the contract type of thing. I like Simons more than Herro but think he might have some pg abilities. I’d want to move Sexton somewhere if we did get in these deals.

I think Brooklyn makes sense by throwing in Ben Simmons and a couple picks for Herro or Simons. I have a feeling Herro and Ant are closer to neutral value than super positive.
There’s no way I’d give a first to take Hero
Just say the numbers on Brooks and Jock… good hell… might need @JazzAvenues to get some clutch fans tears.
There will be no tears. They are idiots, and probably excited.

KJ Martin traded to the Clippers for two seconds.

Rockets and Grizzlies agree to sign-and-trade for Dillon Brooks which creates TPE for Grizzlies.

Jalen McDaniels to the Raptors on a 2/9.3M deal.

Damn! Both gone in a couple minutes.

Dillon Brooks getting $20 million a year is insane. The Rockets are so dumb.
So they are trying to hit the speed dial. I want us to try like crazy to steal Porter from them. I would offer a Cavs first swap ( ironic since the Cavs drafted him) Clarkson who they probably can just absorb and maybe a 2nd.
