How do tie breakers work in the lottery? Coin flip, or do they average the odds out?
Jazz lose every coin flip they are involved with. Take that to the bank. I suppose we could finally win this one and the #2 pick wins the lottery though.Both. Lottery odds (number combinations) are distributed evenly or even-ish. Default draft position is resolved via a coin flip.
If we're ending up flipping a coin with Washington that is disaster territory, we're flipping for 5th or 6th since we tied for last and both got jumped by 4 teams. Odds would be split for the actual lottery portion and coin flips should only decide order after that.Jazz lose every coin flip they are involved with. Take that to the bank.
