Being a 1-2 dribble to the rim guy is not considered creating off the dribble. Ron Holland can't shot create for himself unless a team wants extreme inefficiency.

The Memphis Grizzlies are going with Tristan Da Silva at 17.

The griz are in full win now mode and already have their 3 stars in Morant, Bane and Jackson plus a possible future guy in GG Jackson. Da Silva is the perfect complimentary role player that is nba ready and can play multiple positions and a reliable outside shot. I would have stayed at 9 if I thought Edey would be around but knowing Cy had the 7th pick I didn't like the odds.
