Thats a weird trade to put together financially... also who is Houston taking at 9? I think its legit I just can't see what the fallout would be.

The Rockets have recently acquired FVV, Jeff Green, Steven Adams, and Dillon Brooks. They want to win.

Ime also gets his guy back. It makes sense its just the returning salary is like Tate/Green/Londale. Adams and Brooks won't be going back to Memphis.

I theorized the guy we almost traded for at the trade deadline per Tony Jones could have been Marcus Smart.

Houston would take a shooter like Knecht, imo. Carter might be another possibility.

Yeah I mean unless the LOVE Clingan over Walker it would make more sense to keep Smart... unless they have soured on him and the owner wants to get cheaper.

I don’t think it will be Carter so that takes the 9th spot out of the running
