It matters a ton as he has terrible defensive lateral quicness and instincts so he will have to guard wings....

I have it on good authority that the Jazz have reached out to several teams about trading up in the draft.

My gut feeling is that Danny/Zanik will try to trade up, and this time be aggressive with it.

I generally agree, in large part because the Jazz have a small pile of players they're trying to move. With Clarkson, Collins, Sexton and maybe even Kessler available, the Jazz are like a merchant selling watches on the sidewalk.

Ferguson, your observation is close to prescient, although as an empiricist, I view prescience as unsupportable metaphysics. So be it! But I will grant that your conjecture has substantive intrigue.
