i know he’s a person of interest but if we’re back in tank mode which I gotta believe we are, not sure I see the point with so much interest. Gotta be three or four at twenty or more.

To be honest pretty much every name we've been connected with is still available. Ingram, Bridges, Harris, Lavine, Hartenstein...

I don't think we've learned anything new about what the Jazz are planning... Pretty slow FA so far.

This is a weird signing from a team and player perspective.

From what I've heard Alex Sarr definitely doesnt want to play the 5. Combine that with the fact that Sarr refused to work out for the Hawks, and I could imagine Wizards promising him they bring in a starter level 5 so Sarr gets to play in his preferred role.

Good for them for going for it, but it's a lot of money for a 34 year old with injury and playoff performance issues. At least he will fit in well with Embiid when it comes to that.

Maxey, Paul, Embiid got Philly in a stranglehold. Choking them like a Popeyes biscuit, but if they get a ring out of it then it will all be worth it. I wonder how theyll be able to add depth though unless another aging vet takes a pay cut to join the team.

Jonas won't be the difference between the Wizards being a good or bad team but he can help Sarr's development immensely.

Smart signing, stabilizing the team with some vet no nonsense presence.

They’ve been killing it so far since the draft.

I really like the direction they’re heading.
