Damn, I am completely in awe of the Bucks` FO. What they have done over the last few hours takes a whole of lot balls.
Indy won't tank. Too many good players. Too good of a coach. Boston may not either but they have a thin roster so one injury and I could see them packing it in. Both teams we will get a head start on. I am not worried about the tank next year.Kinda crazy how these recent Finals teams Boston and Indy could potentially be tank teams next season due to the new CBA and injuries.
That would be my guess as well.Appears to me Klutch/Sexton wanted Charlotte. He's from that part of the country too (actually Georgia).
Klutch/Clarkson wanted the Knicks.
The Jazz made it happen for them both. That is the most reasonable explanation I can come up with.
There's never any explaining what the Kings do though.
Boston and Indy also play in the East. They can just roll with what they have into the play -in with little issue.Indy won't tank. Too many good players. Too good of a coach. OKC says hold my beerSo maybe no more dynasties in the NBA
Six different teams have won the championship last six years
Some of them have been small markets
So many teams are going to crash out, as long as the Jazz avoid any bad long term salary, they should be able to fill up on bargains next summer. The NBA is a wild scene right now. Next season is going to be crazy.
I do wonder if the vacuum at the top of the conference got some folks a little too excited and too many teams that should be rebuilding try to seize the opportunity... making it surprisingly competitive.Boston and Indy also play in the East. Salary dumps could be pretty frothy next season. Haven't looked at FA list a ton but there might be some value there too.So many teams are going to crash out, as long as the Jazz avoid any bad long term salary, they should be able to fill up on bargains next summer.
And people on this board DESPERATELY wanted us to take Fears.Thank the Ainge that we didn't take Fears. With how quickly folks have turned on small guards. Yeesh.
