Dunno, sometimes the circumstances are such that things turn out the way they do.

Remember the Dwight’s Magic team that made it all the way to the NBA Finals with “Skip to my lou” Rafer Alston at the point while Jameer Nelson was injured?

Jameer Nelson came back to play in the Lakers Finals series but couldn't replicate the “Magic” (punn intended) and got more or less swept.
