Indiana was never a free agency suitor because they wouldn't have the cap-space. It would have been better for Zubac to go to a team like the Lakers or Bulls

I can't imagine they go from sitting their entire rotation in a tank off game against Utah to trying to win games now.
I think WAS has set the precedent for trading for guys and sitting them to lose games. I do think the more the merrier in this charade as it takes away attention from us.
Margins are tight. Will take any and all help.
Not really. Indiana didn't have cap to sign Walker. If anything it's bad he went to Indiana. Wanted him to Bulls or Lakers

Yeah, Bulls is indefinitely our no1 threat for Kess.
Kinda/mostly. All it takes is one team with the space, otherwise competition is good if you are leery on matching and want a decent package as an off-ramp.
We at least get help in the tank standings or the cover. Happy for either/both.
What is LAC doing?

That's hell of a risky move for the Pacers. It's not a bid deal if they aren't dead last with almost 50% chance at landing #5. We learnt this the hard way last year. But at least we got Ace with the #5 pick. Pacers could essentially tank this whole season for nothing if they don't get lucky with the lottery ball.
Why protect the pick 10-30???
