Burks as a leader of an NBA contending team??
Anyone who sees that is .. well .. deceived. I have to explain it? Really?
Let me know, I'm happy to if need be.
Omnipotent God, I presume? :/
Hell naw. Original Gangsta, yo!
FWIW I think if Hayward ever develops consistency, hell be the leader of this team. He might not be the best stat stuffer in the future, but he has the potential to create like its no ones business, and he's got a good head on his shoulders.

Harris getting into the lane also will be huge.
...well, he got into the lane one too many times to suit the Heat! And I don't know why Wade was screaming......that was definitely a foul!!!
I admit that I thought Haslem's shot was going in. He set himself and shot it softly. It looked good.
GLAD IT WASN'T!
I don't know....Should Lebron have taken the shot? Seems like he can't do it right no matter what he does. If he shoots on the double team and misses, then he gets blamed for not passing.
I think it is messing with his head.
it is the right play if it is a isolated incident.Yea, I agree that it was the right play. It seems the media will criticize Lebron for anything he does. He played great and was the reason why the Heat were even in the game. Haslem normally makes that shot in his sleep. As Jazz fans, most of us know that is the right basketball move. Great game and it certainly seemed like playoff basketball last night.
Congratulations to our Jazz team, I'm so happy, actually high, now I've got the news of the win. But I don't know if it's because of the Jazz's win solely or Lebrick's fail adds a lot to my high-ness.
Anyway, any Kanter reports, my dear friends?

Kanter was as studly as ever. Hopefully some highlights get posted today.
and there they arenice timing
Kanter looks good....
But no one is talking about Favors... 3 points??? SERIOUSLY???
He's our franchise player?
For much of the season Jazz fans and coaches have waited for Derrick Favors (and Enes Kanter) to make the same statement Alec Burks has made since the New Orleans game. The statement that he belongs on the court and his play demands he plays more time.
While we have yet to see that statement made on the offensive end, there is no doubt the statement has been made on the defensive end.
In the last two game the Jazz pick and roll defense has been very good. It has been spectacular when Derrick Favors is on the floor. Favor is longer, quicker, and more athletic than the other Jazz bigs. This allows him to better shadow the opponents guard, it also allows him to push the guard off the screen to the sideline.
It’s a big statement for a team that has preached defense since training camp. A statement that should see Favors & Kanter get more playing time.
The 4 young kids, Hayward, Burks, Kanter and Favors played great defense. These guys really work hard on the defensive end and do a terrific job. Kanter has some lapses, Burks tries to make some plays he could in college that he can’t in the pros but those are the exceptions. The effort level of these 4 on defense is a great sign for the future. Favors is really super. He is so athletic and impacts a ton of plays. Even when he makes a mistake he recovers.
