- Three women who went missing years ago in separate cases have been found together Monday in Cleveland, Ohio, police said.

One of the women called 911 after breaking out of the house where she had been living.

"Help me, I am Amanda Berry," she said, her voice distraught and quick, according to an audio recording of the call released Monday night. "I've been kidnapped and I've been missing for 10 years. And I'm here and I'm free now."

Another 911 call came in less than a minute later from a man who saw Berry busting out of the house.

"She's like, 'This (expletive) kidnapped me and my daughter,'" Charles Ramsey told 911.

A 52-year-old man has been arrested, Cleveland police said on their website. Brian Cummins, a councilman who represents the area where the women were found, said the suspect's name is Ariel Castro.

Those three men sure look like the absolute worst society has to offer. Lethal injection should be the reward for kidnapping and repeatedly raping these three women.

I read an article where the title indicates that the man may be charged with a murder count for each child that he prevented from being born. That leads me to wonder how that will, if at all, affect the abortion debate.

Fetal homicide laws have been in effect for a while now, and have not changed much.

I'm not trying to smart-*** you on this, but I'm guessing that forced abortions and instigating an abortion through physical abuse will remain illegal.

Yes, lol. My point being is that is it classified as murder that would indicate that the unborn child is a person correct? Would that not lead to a challenge on abortion being assisted murder of a person with court rulings to back it up?

If the unborn child has been listed as a person in court rulings where does the line get drawn? If it is legally recognized as a person and it is legal to have assistance in terminating its life then why do we charge doctors that help already born patients to die with murder?

So where I am going with this? Just wondering how all that plays out is all and if it would change anything.

It all depends on the mother's consent no matter her age.
Liberal morality always comes down to consent.
If the knocked up teenage girl says you can kill it then it is all good.
Since the baby has no ability to consent Liberal's disregard it.

OK, consent. Then would murder be the right charge? It would not be assault on the mother? If you are leveling a charge of murder on the man and the only one who died was the unborn child does that not alter the definition of murder and open challenges on abortion and cases like Dr. Kavorkian?

Ohio has the specific criminal statute of fetal homicide. This is not the same as a murder statute, it only covers fetuses. A fetus does not have to be a person legally for fetal homicide to be a crime.
