What's new

#4 San Diego State Aztecs @ #9 BYU Cougars 1-26-11 8:15 PM MST CBS-College Sports

No I didn't. THIS GAME IS NOT BIGGER THAN A NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP BETWEEN 2 OF THE BEST PLAYERS IN COLLEGE TO EVER PLAY. That game was played in UTAH.

Only a BYU homer would even try and argue it.

Who gives a ****? Two teams that had nothing to do with this state. We're talking about teams inside this state dumbass.

Jazz vs Bulls was bigger and seen by many many MANY more games. So lets talk about the biggest Basketball games ever!

Do Utah fans always have to live in 30 years in the past?

Nice retraction. So your not saying it's the biggest game in the state ever? What happened you were so sure of it? You said nothing about teams inside this state. If we are discussing teams inside this state, college only, games played in the state then your correct this is the biggest game. However you made none of those qualifier's and only now that you lost the argument have to quantify your hyperbole and complete BS.

I figured you meant college so ignored the NBA aspect to this argument. But your correct every playoff game in Jazz history is a far bigger game than this game as well.

A little more love from everybody would be nice...

That was the best atmosphere I've personally ever been a part of. WOW>! SD State got Jimmered, I got Jimmered, and my pants... well they just got really wet

Jimmer has become flat out undefendable at the college ranks.

He can score from anywhere, everywhere, at any time.

He made some unbelievable shots and moves tonight against one hell of a defense. Double teams don't matter, he just splits them. Triple teams don't matter, he'll just bomb away. Big dudes don't matter, he'll just lay it up over them.

Quite honestly, I've never seen a player with the different ways he can score. Maybe Kobe or Jordan? Floaters, weird layups, bombs, off the dribble, etc.

Props to Davies, Stock, and Anderson. They played tough tonight.
