Yes, I do realize that but for depth reasons I would rather have him than Bass. Keeping that depth that we have after trading Jefferson is important IMO.
The Jazz don't have a problem with depth at the position. Or rather, their problem is having too much of it. I have no doubts at least one of Millsap or Memo will be a three-point shooting threat. Neither bass nor Anderson provide anything the Jazz are abjectly lacking (though I'd prefer Anderson over Bass in general anyway).
