Speculation, but in this article they are saying that Odin may have had knowledge about this double murder and Hernandez was worried he was going to start talking.

Makes sense. I would assume it would be something like that, sleeping with his wife/gf, or stealing money from him.

Unless they come up with some hard evidence, the jury will probably deadlock. Juries nowadays have replaced "beyond a reasonable doubt" with "beyond any proposed speculation, no matter how far-fetched it might sound." Seriously, I'm expecting an "alien did it" defense one day, accompanied by pics from a newsstand rag to hang a jury.

....ESPN just reported that they are "checking all of his tattoo's" to see if any of them might be "gang related!" Don't know about his past criminal record.....but I'm pretty sure he'll be adding more "jailhouse tats" to that already pathetically tattooed body he's sporting!

I was a juror on a murder trial once where the prosecution did show and explain certain gang-related tattoos.
