With the NFL lockout in place undrafted rookies couldn't sign with teams, is it the same with the NBA? Or can teams sign rookies that were not drafted
? about free agent rookies

Not sure, but I would imagine undrafted free agents could sign before the old CBA expires, (I think July 1st?)
