Dude, it's buenos dias. Even though dia ends in a, it's considered masculine. Hence, buenos dias. Kind of like mano (hand). It ends in o, but is feminine. La mano, las manos. There are many other words like this. On another note, el agua (water) follows this, until it is plural. Then it becomes las aguas.
