What's new

It's a tie for me with him and Favors. I'm dying to see if Derrick makes a leap of sorts. Though our crowded frontcourt could hinder that somewhat.

Hayward for me. I don't think Favors is going to see a big leap in his skills until his 3rd or 4th year, much like Millsap.

I'm just glad I finally know how to do a spin move? I mean, who would have ever thought it was so simple?

I thought Burks was your man...

He is still a rookie, and rookies can only do so much. I'm anxious to see if Hayward can build off his strong finish to last season. Plus I'm sure Burks will have to go through the rigorous trials of having Raja Bell play in front of him.

I just threw up a little bit.

If there is one player burks reminds me of I would say Andre iguadala. If he can play the game like him I would be very happy.

Interesting comparison. Although, I would say Burks has the potential to be a more talented scorer than Iguodala, but not as good of a defender.

How? Maybe I'm missing something, but I just don't see it. I said it before the draft, but he reminds me of a more athletic Jeff Malone. Great midrange games, not great three Point shooters, and both. Can get to the free-throw-line. Jeff Malone could get his shot off no mater the situation.

I seem to remember Corbin raving about Favor's improvement in August (I think) and between that, his transformation into Dwight Howard 2.0 (sorry, I'm not looking for the thread) what should be an increase in minutes, and natural improvement with age and experience, I want to see what this boy is all about. I love Hayward but he seems to be a lot more what we've seen is what we're gonna get. A potential 16/5/4 guy who can shoot. Favors could be a 28/13 guy in five years or he could be a 15/10 guy. We just don't know. And that's what excites me.

Exactly. AI is a absolutely horrible comparison.
