Kobe scores 45 % because he shoots the vast majority of the shots on his team against double teams being the main focus of the opposing teams defense. Alec shoots 42 % while not being scouted by the other team because he hasn't proven anything against the backup players on the other team. Kobe is better. He's a jerk, but he's better.

I think Burks has a better chance of being a 20+ ppg scorer than Hayward. His game isn't dependent on whether his outside shot is falling and he gets to the FT line at a higher rate than Hayward (on a FTA per minutes played basis).
