Anyone have any thoughts on last nights debate?
Don’t like Castro’s open borders stance.
I agree with the candidates that want to let people keep private insurance while getting those without insurance on Medicare.
Didn’t really buy into their crap about the economy not being good for the average worker. It simply is. That doesn’t mean it’s not clearly skewed to the rich and powerful. But don’t feed me ******** to make your point.
Lot of demonizing and denigrating the rich last night. At least that’s how it sounded to me.
Good points on amending/changing tax laws so companies pay a fairer share of taxes. Some of them pay very little.
Liked Gabbard pushing back on the idea of another war.
I think Castro, Booker and Gabbard did the most good as far as getting people to look into them. Was looking at internet searches and they rocketed up the list after and during the debate.
Warren seemed very passionate and sincere. That’ll help her greatly.
I wouldn't say the economy is necessarily good. There is a ton of underemployment--an all-time high since the recession iirc. And I personally feel like the bubble is going to burst really ****ing soon.
It's hilarious that these scumbags denigrate the rich as if they're living on subsidies their selves. Just more bs they know the public wants to hear.
I'm not against companies paying their fair share of taxes but I doubt it happens. Again, this isn't rocket science. They know what libs want to hear and spew that bs out.
All politicians are complete and utter pieces of ****.
