These are things Jimmer will never do.
 
JLIII, with his father JLII, actually mentors troubled athletes to get their **** together. Is that not the kind of guy you want at the end of your bench?

Jimmer probably eats mayonnaise out of the jar.
 
I follow HS recruiting as you know, John Lucas III works with some of the top teir young talent during the summer. He will certainly be a coach after his playing days(Check out John Lucas Enterprises), His role is a Vet, which will be hard to replace at this point. Like I said I'd give Ian Clark's spot to Jimmer.

If its going to generate more revenue than the cost, its a win anyway, I like it in a pure basketball sense too. Jimmer > Clark.

Hoopshype.com has Jimmer as the 4th best SG still available.

What a tragedy it would be for you to be annoyed by uneducated fans. I thought you said it would be something that would actually be detrimental to our team... Your stated "risk" is nonsense because we're comparing Jimmer to JL3 who ALREADY sucks.

We are talking about 2 players who have vast amounts of suck in their basketball games. Any difference between them is negligible because they are so far in the realm of suck.

1 has leadership qualities and is a role model.

1 is college star who isn't a leader or role model in the NBA.
