Why my team will win.
I'm going to keep this simple. WC's roster is well put together but lacks proven winners and players that could carry a team to any type of success. Pistol put up great stats but never won. Griffith was a nice glue type guy, but isn't the type of player that could carry a team.
On the other hand. I have the most dominant offensive player to play for the Jazz. Malone is the only MVP to come through Utah and lead them to two straight finals appearances.
To go along with the Mailman I have his running mate. One of the best closers to play for the Jazz. His midrange game was unreal and could create his own shot as well as anyone to play for the Jazz. The M brothers as they were so called back in the day were a destructive force offensively together make up the best one two punch in this draft competition both will play a ton and score over 20 a game in this matchup.
White Chocolate's Case:
To start, I want to look at the weakness of Thee's team which is very talented nonetheless.
Richard Jefferson was a product of the Ty Corbin system, I mean the dude averaged 10, 2, and 2 in 27 minutes a game. Can you imagine if Corbin actually gave those minutes to a young player? I guarantee they put up more than those measly numbers in 27+ minutes.
Greg Ostertag.. Where to start. If we had just a good center back in the Stockton and Malone days we probably have a championship or two right now. The dude was such an offensive liability, the stats Thee put out of Ostertag's best year, he shot 47% from the field. 7'0 who had no offensive ability. He was just out there because he was a big body who could block some shots. Hell, during the Finals, Sloan had to go small with Carr at center during second halves because he was more efficient.
My backcourt is better than his backcourt and I have a WAY better small forward. Thee does have a better frontcourt only because of the Mailman.
Stats for my starting five in their best year as a Jazz man:
Pete Maravich - 31.1 PPG, 5.4 APG, 5.1 RPG, 84% from the line.
Darrell Griffith - 22.6 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 3.1 APG, 36% from three.
Donyell Marshall - 14.8 PPG, 7.6 RPG, 1.7 APG, 1.2 BPG.
Truck Robinson - 22.7 PPG, 15.7 RPG, 2.1 APG, and 1.0 BPG.
Antoine Carr - 9.6 PPG, 3.4 RPG, 1.0 BPG, 82% from the line. (21 minutes a game)
If those aren't some massive numbers from one team, then I don't know what is.
Maravich, Griffith, and Marshall can all shoot the ball. Robinson and Carr were a great mid range shooters as well. Thee even called Griffith a glue guy, so he could defend Malone. Green wasn't known for his offense prowess, but he was a great passer. Marshall would destroy Jefferson.

Here is an excerpt from an article when Marshall was on the team:
Marshall worked himself into better condition, and when Russell sprained an ankle in early January, Sloan put Marshall in the starting lineup. He hasn't been out since. Through Wednesday, Utah was 21-5 with Marshall as a starter, and he's led the Jazz in rebounding during that stretch 10 times.
At 6-10, with his wingspan, Marshall is a tough check on the weakside, where he's feasted on the offensive boards. And with Sloan pushing him to be more consistent running the floor, Marshall's gotten the usual offensive boost from Stockton's precise fast-break passes.
"He's allowed my game to get a little bit easier," Karl Malone says. "Instead of going in the hole 20 times a night, he's allowed me to do other things."
