All-Time Jazz Draft Final Four: Ellis269 vs. Thee jazz fan

Who would win in a 7 game series?

  • Total voters
    12
  • Poll closed .
Magic just said he would have voted for Thee (he didnt vote in the original poll). Thee wins.

Honestly people voting for Elis269's team have a current player bias or just did it out of spite.

lol at WC not voting for Thee cuz he knows that Thee would crush him in the finals.

Just like Hekate was supposed to crush me huh?

Fwiw, when I voted for Ellis I was down 6-3 in my matchup.

Ostertag is one of my least favorite Jazz players of all time and he's starting Jefferson who took minutes away from our young core at the time, piece of ****, he sucked anyways.

Ostertag > Maravich

Sad day when Karl Malone team can't Beat an all time jazz team run by big Al in a vote in a forum filled with jazz fanatics. Lol. Awesome

I just tried to vote but couldn't.
Poll closed?

Who would you have voted for?

If you say Thee, it should be over since 2 people have expressed tehy would have voted for Thee.
I was gonna vote ellis.

So now they're tied again. How about this; we ask one more person who hasn't voted, and we use that vote as a tie-breaker. No more debates, no unfair rep counting, no fuss.

I suggest we ask someone smarter and superior to Cy in every way. Dalamon.

It would be interesting to know how well jazzfanz voters do on official fantasy basketball drafts. That way I could have a better sense on the credibility of their opinions.

I myself haven't done a fantasy league, but it's something I think I'd be more interested in as it has an objective way of deciding if your team wins or not.

I left it up to the mods for a voting tie-breaker.

Thee jazz fan won 2-1 and he advances to the championship against yours truly.

Ellis was cool with it, everyone should rep him.

Last season I won $600 on FanDuel on one night (ironically the same day that I went to my only jazz game last year) but I don't think that makes my opinion better than anyone else's

Great team Thee. My team held up better than I expected, but Malone was too strong of an Alpha for me to overcome.

My only thought to add is that people should just vote during the time frame. Then guys who didn't vote don't have to tell us how they would have voted. I actually think that there's a couple of others who didn't vote that would have tipped my way outright and probably the same vice versa.

I enjoyed the process and still feel good about the team I put together.

I would voice the same concerns as Ellis. It's weird having a bunch of posters posting they didn't vote but would've voted for whoever and one poster that posted a ton in this thread and didn't even bother to vote. But anyway. On to the chip.

I looked up that site. Those are one week long leagues. I was thinking about the season long ones.

Also, it does in a way because:
1) To win one of those you have to actually pay attention to all the players in the league.
2) It demonstrates some logic and reasoning skills.

True, there's always the extremely small chance of winning a fantasy basketball draft through sheer luck. Or it might just mean that the poster follows current basketball players, which in turn, doesn't eliminate the current player bias for these all time drafts.

Nonetheless, being good at fantasy basketball is likely to show some level of competency.

They need to make the voting process available on the tapatalk app. Then the problem would be solved.
I have bitched about this many times in the site feedback thread. (Also should be able to rep on the app)
